Restrictions on use
This site is owned and operated by MadSync, LP ("MadSync"), a for profit entity based in Boulder, Colorado.
The software that runs this system is the intellectual property of MadSync and you may not under any circumstances
share it without the express written consent of MadSync, LP.
As it is our endeavor to make your club instances of our software feel as customized as possible, you may upload
photographic material and other design elements as often as you wish. You may not upload content containing
executable content, with the exception of movies, at any time; any attempt at doing so is grounds for immediate
termination of services. MadSync further reserves the right to delete or modify any content it deems offensive;
however, in most cases we will request that club administrators do so within a certain timeframe before taking action ourselves.
Finally, the act of uploading content to a site instance constitutes a tacit agreement that such content may be used
by MadSync, free of royalties or direct charges, for advertising or promotional purposes.
Disclaimer
MadSync can make no guarantee that the software we use is free from defect. Further, MadSync can make no
guarantee that club users will not themselves cause inaccuracies in financial ledgers by entering and deleting data in
error. It is the sole responsibility of the users of our software to maintain their records as accurately as they desire.
As such, by using our site you acknowledge that MadSync, LP is not responsible for correcting any inaccuracies
that may result from either misuse or proper use of our software; nor are we responsible for any damages incurred through
such use. While MadSync produces regular database backups, we do not guarantee that data lost can be reinstated; so please,
delete with care.
Finally, the MadSync site may periodically go down for maintenance. While we will endeavor to keep these times to a minimum
and to ensure that they are generally away from peak usage times, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
