Refund Policy
Refunds for MadSync services may be issued in the following situations:
- It can be shown that we have billed you in error.
Suspicious Transaction Policy
In certain cases, MadSync may delay the processing of funds and shipment of product on any order
MadSync considered to be suspicious. The delay will last until such time that the transaction can be
verified with the legitimate cardholder.
Fraud Policy
We (MadSync) reserve the right to ban users from MadSync if thay are suspected of committing
fraud including but not limited to using stolen credit cards cards, writing bad checks, and money laundering.
